Amal Homes.

Amal Homes was founded by Khalid Halabi — a 24-year veteran of the global oil & gas industry who spent two decades at Chevron and BHP leading subsurface teams on multibillion-dollar capital projects. In 2017, he founded Amal Homes to apply that same discipline to residential construction in Houston and Austin — building fully custom homes with the rigor of an engineer and the heart of a craftsman.

Founder & CEO

Khalid is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate developer with a track record of building and scaling high-performing ventures across residential development and technology-driven housing. As Founder & CEO of Amal Homes and Co-Founder of Nanonest, he leads strategy, investment decisions, and execution with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Project Coordinator
